The “U.S. Constitution has been shared in some slight degree with the recent posts here, but so have contentions about the government and how it’s regulations diverge from the “Constitution”.  Because of this please remember that the theme of that document defines the purpose of the regulations in that document:

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote [get behind, boost, not make] the general welfare, and secure [fortify, preserve, assure, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)]] the blessings of liberty [the rights supposedly natural to man- freedom; independence; power of choice, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)] to ourselves and our posterity [our children’s future, our descendant’s future, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)], do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

A document prepared by men of faith, that to a degree professed a belief in God’s hand in this government and who worked, in Rhapsodie’s opinion towards LOVE.  There are multiple comments shared with the statements of previous posts, but it’s always important to remember and connect the theme of the “U. S. Constitution to the articles & sections of the “U.S. Constitution” with interpretations of it.

Take for example how the Commerce Clause interpretation, from the Constitutional definition, has affected freedom and LOVE while increasing the power of the dollar and the government.  The clause is constitutionalized under stare decisis because the Supreme Court made this judgement in interpretation, in 1832 the federal government is now empowered to control all commerce in the United States, unless they determine that there is an unsubstantial effect to interstate commerce with a business.

Rhapsodie has read multiple legal cases that cause her to see this as bad, not good for the free people in the United States. “In 1942, for example, the Supreme Court held that wheat production by an individual farmer intended wholly for consumption on his own farm was subject to federal regulation.” (Clarkson, 2012) How would an individual’s consumption of wheat raised on his own land, in his own state for eating by his own family cause ANY problem with interstate trade? Oh, maybe it would mean he wouldn’t buy wheat from another state, but he could buy wheat from his own state anyway, so this interpretation has led to federal regulation, not freedom for the people.

While the commerce clause interpretation could have legitimate value and purpose, the 175, size 6 font, double column, text book sized, pages of the U.C.C. (Uniform Commercial Code) is just a section of the law used to control people by business in the United States and this controlling effects the Native American peoples also. It’s not based on freedom and lLOVE it’s based on control and maximization of money in controlling. The blessings of liberty are actually minimized with these laws; the general welfare of the public is diminished by capturing souls in the cost of life with national healthcare and its minimization of the people’s control of their own lives.

This short dissertation shows how the actions that don’t demonstrate LOVE can fail, and since “LOVE never fails” there’s a need to make sure all regulations and control systems are done with a base of LOVE instead of Selfish Pride. The theme for the whole “United States Constitution shows that these shared aspects of control are unconstitutional and ungodly, at least in accord with Rhapsodie’s interpretations. But her sharing here is only based on a limited examination of the history of the United States and the definitions of this country. There is more for you to see, so read even if you decide to disagree.

On her opinion that neither the Executive Branch, the president of the U.S., or the Legislative branch would have any rights in altering the laws of a people viewed as individual nations. They also shouldn’t have any right to diminish freedom of all because of the fear of a few. There may have been alterations to the regulations or laws in accord with the Native American’s, but they aren’t Constitutional amendments.  There are also more present discrepancies, with regards to present law and regulations in the United States versus Constitutional definitions. Let’s start with defining property, isn’t it possession that is not another’s?

Land, money, furniture any property can be undermined by diminished wealth, if the value of the money I make at work is minimized by the government, because of National Health Care, then why should I work for any extra? If I pay for everyone else’s health care with the work I do, why should I work at all? If the freedom I was promised from the property and prosperity I gain is given to others why should I continue to care about life or other’s lives? Versus the Puritan work ethic, which endures in the North East of the United States, and in Rhapsodie’s opinion, which empowers a person who works to the value of the work done, the money gained growing freedom’s power with the knowledge of the value shared with the world versus the government regulations have taken the empowerment away from the people.

  • Article II, section 3 [The President, of the United States,] shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend [give advice in regards] to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; . . .
  • Article II, section 9 The migration or importation of such persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited [there is no approval mentioned] by the Congress prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight [1808], but a tax or duty may be imposed on such importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each person. . . {No capitation, or other direct, tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken.}5
  • Article II, section 8 The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States [the nation, not the individualized people]; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform [as in the SAME] throughout the United States; . . . To establish a uniform [the SAME] rule of naturalization . . .
  • Article II, section 6 The Senators and Representatives shall receive a . . . compensation for their services, to be ascertained by law, and paid out of the treasury of the United States.
  • Article I, section 8 The Congress shall have Power . . . To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, [shared in section 8 ONLY] and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.

Which to Rhapsodie means in accord with the theme of the whole constitution, “We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote [get behind, boost, not make] the general welfare, and secure [fortify, preserve, assure, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)]] the blessings of liberty [the rights supposedly natural to man- freedom; independence; power of choice, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)] to ourselves and our posterity [our children’s future, our descendant’s future, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)], do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Not for the judicial, legislative, or executive governors of this country, but for the people of this land now and into the future.

  • Article I, section 8 To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes;” which was in 1824 interpreted, by the Supreme Court with a controlling and freedom diminishing definition. “The Court ruled that commerce within the states could also be regulated by national government as long as commerce substantially affected commerce involving more than one state.” (Clarkson, 2012)

For Rhapsodie the theme of the “U.S. Constitution” hasn’t been followed with regards to actions done with the people of this country.

This theme, should infiltrate every interpretation of Constitutional law designation.  “We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union [a union is a connection, not a separation], establish justice, insure domestic tranquility , provide for the common [accepted] defense, promote [get behind, boost, not make] the general welfare, and secure [fortify, preserve, assure, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)]] the blessings of liberty [the rights supposedly natural to man- freedom; independence; power of choice, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)] to ourselves and our posterity [our children’s future, our descendant’s future, (Webster’s New World Thesaurus, 1990)], do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

According to Rhapsodie this was shared, not for the judicial, legislative, or executive governors of this country, but for the people of this land now and into the futureThe Bureau of Indian Affairs continues to handle the difficult task of caring for people within this country that are of another nation, previous posts showed how there were failures in the past.

  • Because the Constitution vested the Legislative Branch with plenary power over Indian Affairs, states have no authority over tribal governments unless expressly authorized by Congress. While federally recognized tribes generally are not subordinate to states, they can have a government-to-government relationship with these other sovereigns, [to a very limited extent] as well. 
  •  They can also become citizens of their tribes or villages as enrolled tribal members.
  •  American Indians and Alaska Natives have the same rights as other citizens to hold public office. 
  • Over one-half of the total U.S. American Indian and Alaska Native population now live away from their tribal lands. 
  • However, most return home to
    • visit relatives;
    • attend family gatherings and celebrations;
    • participate in religious, cultural, or community activities;
    • work for their tribal governments;
    • operate businesses;
    • vote in tribal elections or run for tribal office;
    • retire; or
    • to be buried.

But the present government still adds regulations to the life of citizens that will probably cause problems for the future posterity of this country’s people.   When examining the Constitution you can see how freedom based on equality and LOVE was shared, in accord with the writer’s understanding of LOVE and the principles established in the law of the Iroquois & 5 Nations.

  • Article IV, section 4 provides that “[t]he United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic [internal against the country] violence.” Or against violence from the federal government against the State.
  •  Article IV, section 2 The citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states.
  •  Article III, section 2 The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority; . . . In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction.

See how reading this section in correspondence with the information about Native American peoples and Congress above effects Rhapsodie with sorrow.  But there is hope because we are a people that can still use the Constitutional freedom’s given us by our ancestors to have more freedom with more responsibility.

What European American’s value is land, what Native American’s valued was land but a free land understood and used by nations in regards with the needs of the tribe. Now that Native American’s are provided land of reservations, often the poorest and most unfriendly areas, there is limited reason to see value in what is held.

Original Native American’s did possess the land, but in accord with Forbes online article of December 13, 2011, Why Are Indian Reservations So Poor? A Look At The Bottom 1%:

Prosperity is built on property rights, and reservations often have neither [prosperity or property rights]. They’re a demonstration of what happens when property rights are weak or non-existent. . . It’s a look that’s common worldwide, wherever secure property rights are lacking—much of Africa and South America, inner city housing projects and rent-controlled apartment buildings in the U.S., Indian reservations.

Property of land is a key in feeling a connection to life and driving values for people.

Historically, most of today’s federally recognized tribes received federal recognition status through treaties, acts of Congress, presidential executive orders or other federal administrative actions, or federal court decisions.  The Bureau of Indian Affairs for the United States shares details about policies and procedures of the U.S. government in regards to Native Americans.

  • In 1978, the Interior Department issued regulations governing the Federal Acknowledgment Process (FAP) to handle requests for federal recognition from Indian groups whose character and history varied widely in a uniform manner.  These regulations – 25 C.F.R. Part 83 – were revised in 1994 and are still in effect.
  • Also in 1994, Congress enacted Public Law 103-454, the Federally Recognized Indian Tribe List Act (108 Stat. 4791, 4792), which formally established three ways in which an Indian group may become federally recognized:
    • By Act of Congress,
    • By the administrative procedures under 25 C.F.R. Part 83, or
    • By decision of a United States court.
  • However, a tribe whose relationship with the United States has been expressly terminated by Congress may not use the Federal Acknowledgment Process.  Only Congress can restore federal recognition to a “terminated” tribe.
    • The Federally Recognized Indian Tribe List Act also requires the Secretary of the Interior to publish annually a list of the federally recognized tribes in the Federal Register
  • According to the U.S. Bureau of the Census, the estimated population of American Indians and Alaska Natives, including those of more than one race, as of July 1, 2007, was 4.5 million, or 1.5 per cent of the total U.S. population.  In the BIA’s 2005 American Indian Population and Labor Force Report, the latest available, the total number of enrolled members of the (then) 561 federally recognized tribes was shown to be less than half the Census number, or 1,978,099.
  • American Indians and Alaska Natives are citizens of the United States and of the individual states, counties, cities, and towns where they reside. 
  • The relationship between federally recognized tribes and the United States is one between sovereigns, i.e., between a government and a government. This “government-to-government” principle, which is grounded in the United States Constitution, has helped to shape the long history of relations between the federal government and these tribal nations.

Ah, but Rhapsodie’s limited research is proving a different fact. The Native American tribes are being treated as states without power away from U.S. federal government control. And while the Civil War was started over States Rights, Rhapsodie is afraid to share these words, because of incorrect interpretations of constitutional privileges by the U.S. government. Oh, wait a moment the U.S. Constitution is being trashed anyway.

The “Constitution of the United States was written in regards to protect the people from the problems of the past and problems that the past shows could return again in the future. Problems like tyrants, minimal Upper Class controlling, taxing, and defining law and huge Lower Class living under control, without freedom, without choice were to a great degree taken away. “There will still be the poor among you,” were words shared with the nation of Israel, but LOVE as a guide and direction to remember the poor by leaving food for gathering was done. The food was to be gathered by the poor, it was to be worked for by the poor, this legal provision was made so that there was provision in this world not only for the people but also for the growth of LOVE.  According to BIA.gov:

Congress ended treaty-making with Indian tribes in 1871.  Since then, relations with Indian groups have been formalized and/or codified by Congressional acts, Executive Orders, and Executive Agreements.

  • [In Rhapsodie’s opinion, defining Native American Tribes as American states, not individual nations.]
  • In addition, American Indians and Alaska Natives can access education, health, welfare, and other social service programs available to all citizens, if they are eligible.
    • [So if the US government doesn’t recognize the tribe as Native American, the people aren’t eligible for the provisions in this section.]
  • Limitations on inherent tribal powers of self-government are few, but do include the same limitations applicable to states, e.g., neither tribes nor states have the power to make war, engage in foreign relations, or print and issue currency.

But none of this includes the original tribal freedom associated with lack of boundaries for the Native American peoples..

  • [The 1824 precedent case defining a word in the U.S. Constitution, can also control all commerce in Native American lands that happens between the people and the surrounding U.S. controlled lands, to such a degree that the States of the land decide how interactive business is done on the Native American lands. (Clarkson, 2012)]
  • [And if the federal government doesn’t recognize a tribe they may also not have an identity as American citizens, but they may, more research is necessary for this point.]

The fact that there is so much control, by the government of the U.S. that the Native American peoples have to go through the United States Government to be defined as a tribe or a people with inherit rights of the people is really unloving. Again according to the words at BIA.gov:

  • Article 1, Section 8 of the United States Constitution vests Congress, and by extension the Executive and Judicial branches of our government, with the authority to engage in relations with the tribes, thereby firmly placing tribes within the constitutional fabric of our nation.
  • That is, a tribe that has a government-to-government relationshipand a special trust relationship with the United States.
  •  These special trust and government-to-government relationships entail certain legally enforceable obligations and responsibilities on the part of the United States to persons who are enrolled members of such tribes. 
  • Eligibility requirements for federal services will differ from program to program.
  • Likewise, the eligibility criteria for enrollment (or membership) in a tribe will differ from tribe to tribe.
  • federally recognized tribe is an American Indian or Alaska Native tribal entity that is recognized as having a government-to-government relationship with the United States, with the responsibilities, powers, limitations, and obligations attached to that designation, and is eligible for funding and services from the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
  • Furthermore, federally recognized tribes are recognized as possessing certain inherent rights of self-government (i.e., tribal sovereignty) and are entitled to receive certain federal benefits, services, and protections because of their special relationship with the United States.  At present, there are 566 federally recognized American Indian and Alaska Native tribes and village.

More also needs to be understood, and further words should incite all United States Citizens to drive for the Constitution with LOVING interpretation.

Circumstances of the past always effect the present, but the mind and heart of each individual is not their parents or their grandparents. Mr. Means fighting for native American rights tried to share his life of meaning and value for his people and for the world in which he lived. He did more than speak out about his people, according to the multiple comments at Russell Means Freedom website. “His value for the Native American people and their own history was aptly demonstrated with a principle goal[with] the establishment of a “Total Immersion School”, [PDF Link for T.R.E.A.T.Y. Strategic Planning Power Point Download] . . . , where children are immersed in the language, culture, science, music and storytelling of their own people.

His death on October 22, 2012 limited his fight for his people, but Rhapsodie sees more need in following the established principles of LOVE based on freedom that’s already been shared with the “Constitution of the United States” without any alterations that aren’t original amendments but are, in her opinion, most probably “changed for light and transient [not needs, just passing by, not remaining] causes.” [Declaration of Independence, 1976]

The Health Care Law recently instituted can be viewed as good and bad by different people depending on their lives and their situations. But Rhapsodie as an American, diabetic since the age of five finds that the freedom lost with the money being taken to care for a nation of people is just as bad as the financial control of other nations on states of the United States during the time of the “Articles of Confederation.

Comparison of the actions of the U.S. government with the Native American people was originally organized because they were to be nation states within the United States, but the government continues to alter and change, research on Mr. Means website caused me to question the reason people would stay in areas like the Lakota reservations. More research adds value to the facts located at BIA.gov:

  • From 1778 to 1871, the United States’ relations with individual American Indian nations indigenous to what is now the U.S. were defined and conducted largely through the treaty-making process.
    • These “contracts among nations” recognized and established unique sets of rights, benefits, and conditions for the treaty-making tribes who agreed to cede of millions of acres of their homelands to the United States and accept its protection. 
  • Like other treaty obligations of the United States, Indian treaties are considered to be “the supreme law of the land,” and they are the foundation upon which federal Indian law and the federal Indian trust relationship is based. [ . . . .T]here is no single federal or tribal criterion or standard that establishes a person’s identity as American Indian or Alaska Native.
  • The rights, protections, and services provided by the United States to individual American Indians and Alaska Natives flow not from a person’s identity as such in an ethnological sense, but because he or she is a member of a federally recognized.

People in power with the proper respect of responsibility are allowing freedom to live, which means other people will act on their own intentions. FREEDOM IS CHAOTIC, so what has happened to the Native American’s could happen again. FREEDOM IS UNORGANIZED, and with the short 70 or 80 years of life we all have presently, organization is key in keeping life understood. FREEDOM IS LOVING and Godly LOVE can be defined for following, from 1 Corinthians 13: 4- 8a, here:

LOVE is long-suffering and kind. LOVE is not jealous, it does not brag, does not get puffed up. Does not behave [vilely and evilly], does not [focus on] its own interests, does not become provoked. It does not keep account of the injury. It does not rejoice over unrighteousness, but it rejoices with truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. LOVE never fails!

Using the living aspects of love in contrast with the self-serving aspects of pride we can draw comparisons for ourselves and our actions.

Selfish Pride is impatient and brutal. Selfish Pride is not trusting, it does not apologize, does not get true humility. Does not behave honorably and worthily, does not watch out for others interests, does not stay concerned. It does not forget incidents of mistake or offense. It does not rejoice over true justice, true nobility, and true fairness, but it rejoices with deception and falsehood. It drags all things, suspects all things, doubts all things, weakens all things. Selfish Pride always fails!

The contrasts between selfish pride and LOVE are distinguishing, but as we all know every person created needs to grow to develop both physically and personably as does every nation of people. To condemn a person of the present for the actions of similar, not the same, people in the past doesn’t allow that person the freedom to become who they are going to be.

For the present people of the United States including all Native American peoples fighting to keep the “Constitution of the United States for value in the present world, and this begins with reading that document and fighting to keep those rights as defined with the theme and its variable factors. Beyond that is the need to demonstrate LOVE as chief, George W. Harkins, of the Choctaw tribe did in 1832 with his letter to the American people. His fear for his people, and the other Native American’s was demonstrated as was his concern and care for the world in which he lived. Even if people like Mr. Harkins suffered with the fear grown from Selfish Pride, is an American example, our people should all learn how to LOVE properly in accord with circumstances in life.

When you think of government what are you thinking of? Is it the laws, the regulations, the ordinances or is it the people with titles in positions of power? Government is a combination of all things controlling or governing a people. And the writers of the Articles of Confederation showed this.

What are the Articles of Confederation?

After considerable debate and alteration, the Articles of Confederation were adopted by the Continental Congress on November 15, 1777. This document served as the United States’ first constitution, and was in force from March 1, 1781, until 1789 when the present day Constitution went into effect.

What do these say of value for our consideration, we have a different constitution? A summary from Our Documents.gov shares a summary of problem focus for this government document:

The Dickinson Draft of the Articles of Confederation named the Confederation “the United States of America,” provided for a Congress with representation based on population, and gave to the national government all powers not designated to the states. . . . In this “first constitution of the United States” each state retained “every Power…which is not by this confederation expressly delegated to the United States,” and each state had one vote in Congress. Instead of forming a strong national government, the states entered into “…a firm league of friendship with each other…”

The Articles of Confederation failed to a small degree, the States freedom “allowed space for attack by foreign powers through attributed financial weaknesses, increased with extra-ordinate loan interest rates with funds shared by foreign governments with individual States, and increasingly greater population growth” which effected federal government power among the nations in the world. [Dr. Colomaio, 2013] The control of funds by people or nations affects the value of other people or nations. While the actions of European Americans towards the Native Americans happened because of selfish pride, which is a fault of any who don’t practice Godly LOVE. People in power often fail to remember their responsibility towards others because of the large extent of privileges they have gained. Some of these people act with the best of intentions, but find that with time their great intentions are twisted.

A government in accord with the statements made in the “Declaration of Independence and Patrick Henry’s words was to be a government of representation for the people, by the people not a government of money and power for those with money and power, at least that’s Rhapsodie’s interpretation from reading that document. But there was another factor; it was to be a government where God was used in interpreting the destiny of the country and its people. In fact the following sections of the “Declaration of Independence” support Rhapsodie’s suppositions:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. —That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, . . . Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient [not needs, just passing by, not remaining] causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them [the people] under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

This was the mind of people declaring independence from England. I so wish the people of the U.S. valued their history and the freedom’s they should still have enough to keep our government from changing laws, ordinances, and policies for “light and transient causes.” The alteration of regulation in regards to the proper political feeling is not necessarily good. People interpret the “Declaration of Independence‘s” words differently, and that’s okay as long as they take the time to also question your & their individual interpretations.

So let me ask you this.

Freedom requires work to maintain, work to uphold, and work to stay free while others want to suffer being made slaves for the minimal amount of value slavery gives. Wait, is Rhapsodie saying that there was value in slavery? NO THERE IS ONLY A MINIMIZATION OF RESPONSIBILITY and less control over the privileges freedom with responsibility allows. For every privilege there is responsibility.

Patrick Henry, on March 23, 1775 shared the words now recorded as “Give Me Liberty Or Give Me Death states that the reason he believes in the fight for freedom:

We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.

I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past. And judging by the past, I wish to know what there has been in the conduct of the British ministry for the last ten years to justify those hopes with which gentlemen have been pleased to solace themselves and the House.

His compilation of historical facts based on life in America before the revolutionary war helped incite many more people to battle for as Mr. Henry stated, “There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. Besides, sir, we have no election.”

There are too many historical interpretations to believe them all. There are too many scientific theories translated as fact to believe them all also. Some scientific theories have been tested enough to determine that they are in fact more fact than theory, for instance chemical constructions of materials like oxygen and helium. But there are other theories like carbon dating, which are not shown to be fact, there are occasions when the supposed carbon dating was actually proven to be false. So, the words of Joseph to Pharaoh in accord with interpreting Pharaoh’s dreams are prosaic for us, “Do not ALL INTERPRETATIONS, belong to God?” (The Bible, Genesis)

History provides examples for life experience examining the past usually proves the value of LOVE knowing interpretations. The “Constitution of the United States was redefined in accord with experience, the “Declaration of Independence was written because of experience and need of the people, as far as they saw.

Did the people of Europe come because there is a Godly curse that was fulfilled and caused an altering of Native American People’s drive? Did Europe come because the land offered freedom from control of the governments in Europe? Did America become the country it is today, 7-25-2015 because the people forgot their history, forgot to value the freedom, and have dismissed the “Constitution of the US” based on the Iroquois and 5 Nations treaty as unreasonable for the people of the modern era?

Most likely so.

The U.S. citizens of the world are in fact not waking up; they are falling back into lazy habits. Man can look, interpret, and determine but are the assumptions made accurate? The site of one man on the right corner of a car accident is different than the person right next to them, or the person on the left corner. Each person’s interpretations are based on their own view. History is evidence of how interpretations alter understanding. God can define the meaning for all in history, but God can also allow men to interpret and define if so determined.

WHOOPS DISEASE-5. Nano Mites?

What is interesting about living with this disease is that the doctors are always trying to diagnose something else, and they never even look for this being an option.  One reason is because it was listed in the journal I located about 2009 as a tropical microscopic organism and I don’t live in nor have I every visited the tropics.

But according to those records the disease is waterborne from the lower lungs where it starts growing.  It can be passed by drinking the fuzzy water in certain areas of the tropics, and it can be passed by a sneeze from an infected person passing into your sinuses and thus your lungs.  As it is carried on water there may even be life with it beyond the tropics in the right moist environment.  The pattern consistencies of symptoms that don’t vary from individual of sex and type run the same pattern and this causes me to think there could be a nano mite cause.

Nano Mites are microscopic organisms assembled with technology that also live to one degree or another.  This assembly of mix is found in some ways with things like the insulin pump that connects to the body of a diabetic for use in treating the sugar problems of a bad pancreas.  Heart pumps, artificial joints, symbiotic brain connections, and other systems are in use and existence, yes I do have the proof in my files, but presently my eyes are closing, so this will be added to in the future as time and knowledge for me advances.

The wealth of the world has been decreasing since 1970, yeah they still quote the numbers, but the numbers are stupid when there are no comparable value considerations added.  According to Miguel Ángel Muñoz Luna. Professor of the IE Business School in the January 10, 2012 IE Focus article-  “It is interesting to note that, despite the three important crises that have affected the markets in the last decade, global wealth has increased notably. [Hah that’s based on the inaccurate manipulation of numbers.] Today´s challenge consists of making sure that the debt crisis affecting us at the moment does not hinder the positive evolution of wealth and that it contributes to a more equal distribution of it.”

Number Manipulation can stimulate inaccurate diagnoses

For example, when I started driving in 1990 in the United States one gallon of gas cost me between $0.83 and $0.97 NOW in 2015 the exact same gallon of fuel costs between $2.39 and $3.89 a gallon.  The lower prices recently are resulting from the amounts of job loss and drivers not driving daily so that the supply increases and the prices drop to keep the flows regulated.

These price variations are over a 287% to 400% increase in price, thus the dollar had decreased in value by 400% which means you had to pay over 4 times as much to get the exact same thing that dollar provided in a previous age.  While the income variations for the exact same time $4.25 minimum wage in 1990 and the 2016 minimum wage rate of $7.25 have only increased by a 170% amount. Thus every American who is still working is living with half the wage value that they used to have and the numbers of wealth values are totally inaccurate.

Research on wealth shows that variations in value have dramatically altered the world wealth situations.  According to the Pew Research Center in 2013,

Affluent households typically have their assets concentrated in stocks and other financial holdings, while less affluent households typically have their wealth more heavily concentrated in the value of their home.

From the end of the recession in 2009 through 2011 (the last year for which Census Bureau wealth data are available), the 8 million households in the U.S. with a net worth above $836,033 saw their aggregate wealth rise by an estimated $5.6 trillion, while the 111 million households with a net worth at or below that level saw their aggregate wealth decline by an estimated $0.6 trillion.1

This has happened because of the so called value of paper versus the value of objects and materials.  While our money buys us less the objects purchased are also worth less money to others.

“Shares of stock represent equity interest in a corporation; while bonds are debt securities that corporations and governments use to borrow money.” W D Adkins There are of course different types of stock with different payout values and control interests, but there is no guarantee that the stock of AT&T yesterday will be of any value today even if more was paid for the stock than was ever received from the stock. We also know that the stock manipulation is a daily aspect that keeps Wall Street and other financial markets running, trading on air, not on reality.

The reality of price manipulation

As we look at the variation value of the dollar and the Euro we can see how the real value of money has depreciated while the so called “wealth of the world” seems to have increased.  Maybe the fuel example above isn’t that wise, taking time to look at the other comparisons of true value can assist us in understanding the true wealth depreciation of the world.

As was said before the income variations for 1990 of a $4.25 minimum wage and the 2016 minimum wage rate of $7.25 have increased by a 70% amount. 1990’s Food and Groceries prices versus our present prices present a good comparison.  Price Comparisons of Necessities demonstrate the manipulations:

…Campbells Tomatoe Soup $1.00 for 3 cans Illinois 1991 […$1.00 for 1 can at Walmart in 2016]  a 200% increase in consumer cost.
…Chicken $1.05 Per pOund Wisconsin 1998 […$1.22 per pound at Walmart in 2016] This has only been about a 16% increase in price.
…Eggs Large grade A $1.05 per dozen Wisconsin 1998 […$3.27 per dozen at Walmart in 2016] this is a 211% increase in price paid by the consumer.
…Milk 1 gallon 99 cents Illinois 1991 [… $1.91 for 1 gallon at Walmart in 2016] this is about a 100% increase in price.
…Pork and beans 33 cents Illinois 1991 […66 cents at Walmart in 2016] a 100% increase in consumer cost.
…Sliced Bacon 1.49 per pound Illinois 1991 [… $4.24 per pound at Walmart in 2016] a 184% increase in cost.
Sliced Ham $1.99 per pound Illinois 1991 […$5.48 per pound at Walmart in 2016] another price increase this one of 175%.

So while the base income for those that can gain from the shift in wage minimums increases we are still making less than 2/3rds of the cost of the products we are trying to buy.  And when you consider that in general the wage increase for a person that works hard in an established business may be only 1 to 3% per year, the accumulative amount for 27 years based on a beginning wage of $7.25 is $12.21.  This wage increase is only 68% higher than the initial wage.

Our wealth has definitely decreased as well as our ability to build, create, and manufacture.  We have killed our economy and we allow real wealth to disappear because of our ignorance of what true wealth is and what is necessity versus a want.

The previous posts described some of the symptoms of what my family and I have been suffering.  With the posts about MALES; FEMALES; and ANIMALS., the disease is outlined, but the doctors are still ignorant of most of the effects on people and how it is in the United States.  Because of that there are more reasons for me to share with you some X-rays of my body and how it is not looking right.

Bone Body Effects

The pictures of my body from April of 2015 show comparable differences with the pictures of July 2016, the pictures were taken because of injuries that are not seen, in fact I can’t see through the bones like the X-ray is supposed to show.  The surfaces of the bones in the pictures are incorrect for viewing any fractures.  When the anterior rear outside of the Tibia is damaged or the far bottom outside of the Ulna taking pictures of the interior or the fore angle will result in nothing.

I am not having problems on the inner sides of my bones the easily viewed areas of the Tibia or Fibia’s, but we have a medical system of this is common, and of course no uncommon things ever happen. The problems are all on the outer back inner sides of the Tibia’s, but the one injury to the right leg has bent the fibula out, damaged my right hip, and has added stress to the left leg. Generally doctors only look to see what they have found commonly in the past, uncommon situations goof their diagnoses up because they aren’t trying to find the abnormal, they are not taught to be investigators only prognosticators.  And even though our bodies are systems like computers, our actions and lifestyles are never the same.

Body Changes Displayed

NO PICTURE LIKE THESE WILL SHOW ANYTHING, specially when the X-ray mathematics aren’t correct for the situation.  These pictures are like taking a picture of the driver’s side of the car for the insurance when the key slash is on the passenger side of the car.  A REAL body exam is needed, because these are not normally situated fractures.  But this post isn’t about the stupid medical system and dumb doctors and technicians instead it’s to show the effects visually of the Whoops Disease on Rhapsodie’s body.

Notice that weird rim around the leg, it’s not fat or muscle, because fat and muscle is denser so it displays with more whiteness than skin.  These pictures display the weird rim edging the body, but there is a lot more in the newest pictures and the contrast is a lot more noticeable.

What’s weird here is how massive the glow package around the skin is, in comparison to the pictures from the previous year there is a large difference. Which is shared below in the comparison section.  But notice that the bone is not visible completely through, there is only a picture of the uninjured drivers side, not the messed up passenger side.  Of course the car insurance companies work to examine the broken and displaced vehicle sections not ignoring the car owners because it saves them money, effort, and time.  But of course the medical profession wastes people’s lives and their money because they don’t listen to the patients, they do what they’ve been taught only.  They do not listen or work to compare properly.

Comparisons of images:

Here are my comparisons of the visual images I have, of course the files were not shared completely either, because on both my disc sets half of the pictures are missing.  You can see blood vessels &/or nerves in the surrounding tissues, but you don’t see the mass of fat or muscle.  Because an X-Ray uses a “stream of electromagnetic radiation shorter [than the] wavelength [of] light” there is often a very detailed and reflective image shared. (Greenfield, 2007) With a water mass over the normal amounts surrounding the body bones, it is likely that the radiation fails because of the reflection & refraction potentials of water not calculated into the X-rays.

Generally the softer body tissues don’t display very easily. The mirror systems with refraction and the other systems with reflection can vary the x-ray images if the mathematical formulas are not shifted for the variations, and this a good reason that Rhapsodie’s X-rays are not displaying the refraction of the magnetic pad only the reflection from the surfaces of solids as well as the show throughs of the surfaces with no density.

So the display of blood vessels is likely easier on my body presently than on the body of a person without the water weight.  This amount of water, if it is water, means that my body water mass is higher than 70%.

For example if I used to weigh 150 pounds and now I weigh 180 but I’ve decreased calories and have increased fluid intake, and these pictures are displaying water, then there was at least a 15% increase in body water amounts.  It’s likely more than that, but so far I’m ignored as being a pain because the doctors are ignorant.

My body looks fat, but the doctors have not done a body composition test which measures the amount of fat versus bone and muscle.  Nor has there been a pain test.  AND my left shoulder became dislocated for the first time in my life early in July of 2016.  Living in discomfort for about 6 weeks still extends now, after my movements in an abnormal situation realigned my shoulder.  The visit to Dr. Terhaar an Orthopedic surgeon in Western NY on September 1st after an emergency room visit on August 28th verified for me my pain tolerance.

Dr. Terhaar informed me that he had suffered a dislocated shoulder in the past, while he was testing me I used my right hand on my shoulder to realign it again because it had slipped again.  Being out for so long could have damaged my muscles as well as other areas, the doctor informed me further examination with an MRI and another doctor is needed.  But what was most affirming for me was the slightly nauseous pained look on his face when I made the noise.  It could have been because he associated that sound with the pain he suffered previously, or it could have been because the sound bothered his ears.  At the end of the visit I felt like there was at least one doctor that would work to find that facts before drawing a conclusion that could be incorrect based on gossip and the common situation observed.

Whoops disease symptoms for males and females are different, An Arrow-b here’s one link to find out the details I’ve lived with. Animals can get this from humans also. My cat Mystin has displayed some of the human male symptoms.  Human’s can die because our society is majorily ignorant about the existence of this disease.  And because our health system has less doctors than it needs to work properly with full government health care.  I’ve been sick for the last 7 years, first from May or was it July 2008, but so are the males in my life.mixed 065

But their symptoms are somewhat different than the female symptoms.

MALE CAUSE & SYMPTOMS:

  1. Inhaling someone else’s sneeze juice OR drinking the fuzzy pead on water in the TROPICS.
  2. Feeling not right within a couple of hours. Generally noticed within days or weeks.
  3. SLIGHT congestion in the lungs, generally begins at the start progressing into colds within the first 1 to 6
  4. SNEEZES- from the 1st year to a continuous month then more on and off.
    • SNEEZES that start and grow and grow calm down and repeatedly for some years passing on more disease for others even the animals in your life.
  5. An itchy skin, that both males and females get.  When the skin feels itchy DO NOT SCRATCH IT WITH YOUR NAILS or ANY OTHER SHARP OBJECT. Instead find a roughly textured cloth or use your fingers to rub away the itch.  This also works with bug bites, because it releases the area inflammation that generally adds to itchiness, but it doesn’t raise up more blood that will increase the inflammation in the healing processes.
    • About the 7th or 8th year this has returned with a mass of rash on the body and in the places that did the scratching with the slightly itchy skin.
    • My nails were used in 3 places minimally, thus the later resulting rashes didn’t happen to a massive degree.  These were in the exact same spots, but my life wasn’t tremendously worsened.
  6. Sores on the left thigh that seem nasty for 7 to 14 days, doctors MISDIAGNOSE THIS also at about 3 to 4 years.
  7. Gut Rash on the body, similar to Shingles but NOT for 30 to 60 days in a 5 to 7 year time period.
  8. Higher sugars, that range in the range closer to real diabetes, but they vary with normal sugars, so it’s not Diabetes.
  9. The 5 & 6th years have about double the normal amounts of seat on and off with the months, nothing like the females have for the one week though.
  10. Also there are mood changes.
    • One month of severe deathly depression,
    • At least 4 to 6 weeks of one nice week one mean week.
    • And other depression mood swings that last for about 2 to 4 years.
  11. Males also lose their hearing for volume control, so
    • They yell instead of speak for a 3 to 6 month time period, generally biweekly.
  12. Heavy wax build up in the ears causes deafness that comes.
    • The waxes build up starting as heavy liquid coming from the ears that feels very watery when a person is sleeping.
      • The dark brown heavy wax, isn’t seen instead water is seen, maybe it is water.
  1. Males also have weight gain, but it’s mostly all belly gain not real body weight gain.One of my sick males
  2. And there is hair and skin loss, that grows as time progresses and
    • The more showers a person takes the more hair and skin they lose.
  3. There are also the Planters Warts that disappear with treatment of the real disease not the symptoms from what I’m calling WHOOPS DISEASE.
  4. There are also sleep situations that are not normal, that seem to happen in the 6th & 7th year of symptoms.  The can’t sleep episodes with a pattern of
    • 8 hours 1 night
    • 5 hours 1 night,
    • 3 hours 1 night,
    • 5 hours 1 night,
    • 8 hours 1 night
  1. Also there are the muscle cramping’s, of
    • The left leg, year 2 to 4
    • The left foot, year 5 to 6 and
    • The upper left shoulder, year 7 to 8.
  2. Then there are the groin rashes.
    • Starting first with raised dots that are in the upper leg V’s.
    • Spreading to a rash through all the upper groin hair.
      • A treatment that seems to work well is Udder Cream which can be purchased in many pharmacies & pet supply stores.

And I’ve not remembered everything, because I’ve only seen the events of the men in my life.

WHOOPS DISEASE, what is it?  Well it’s what I’ve named what is as yet a disease listed as unknown by the majority of medical society.  Nobody is looking for the symptoms and I got sick from being sneezed on.

I’ve been sick for the last 7 years, first from May or was it July 2008 and of course I’m aging too, we all are, but nothing is so abnormal as to seem wrong for anyone but me.

FEMALE CAUSE & SYPTOMS:

  1. Inhaling someone else’s sneeze juice OR drinking the fuzzy pead on water in the TROPICS.
  2. Feeling not right within a couple of hours. Generally noticed within days or weeks.
  3. Congestion in the lungs, generally begins at the start progressing into colds within the first 3 to 6 months that continue can, and for me Rhapsodie McClintick did turn into bronchitis or pneumonia symptoms within the first 1 TO 2 years.
    • The lung coughs come out crystal clear and dry to white flaky crud.
    • The only cold treatment that works is
      1. GINGER for the INFLAMMATION
        • Cider vinegar & honey help it taste good, and the Cider vinegar and honey is GREAT for the ACID REFLUX.
      2. CHAMOMILE TEA- DAILY for the SINUS CONGESTION
      3. This does lead to Asthma diagnosis’ by doctors that don’t do full scale proper tests with proper equipment. Within the first 2 to 3 years.
        • BECAUSE IT IS NOT ASTHMA! THE DRUGS DO NOT WORK for more than making more lung space for the microscopic organisms that have invaded your lungs.
      4. SNEEZES that start and grow and grow calm down and repeatedly for some years passing on more disease for others even the animals in your life.
  1. Acid Reflux & type 1 Diabetes begins, if you don’t already have it, about 2 to 3 years into the disease and it remains throughout. It will eat away your vocal system also. Treatment with a daily dose before bed of:
    • CIDERVINEGAR &
    • HONEY
    • 1cup hot water
  2. An itchy skin, that both males and females get.  When the skin feels itchy DO NOT SCRATCH IT WITH YOUR NAILS or ANY OTHER SHARP OBJECT.   3. The 2nd year of the Disease has 1 outrageously loud and angry yelling episode, this only happens once.
    • But the sneezing does not begin until after the singular yelling episode.
  4. The 3rd year has occasions where the body sweats like you’re swimming in water, for one 24 hour period to a week I was so sweaty a dry cotton wash cloth sitting on my bare leg absorbed more than a squeezable amount of water.
  5. Appetite shifts increase, so that people retain weight and even gain it with fluids, but they are not eating properly towards the ends of the disease.
    • For the 4 to 8 year range the appetite diminishes and this continues to increase as time goes on.
  6. Also there are mood changes that are most dramatic in the 6th to 8th years.
    • One month of severe I DON’T CARE attitude.
    • About 2 to 5 months later there are moods of severe calm than there are weeks of calm days followed by angry days.
  7. Heavy wax build up in the ears causes deafness that comes in the 4 to 8 year.
    • The wax buildup starts as heavy liquid coming from the ears that feels very watery when a person is sleeping.
      1. Initially normally wax colors get very dark and
      2. now the EARS WAXES ARE WATERY.

  8. And there is hair and skin loss, in general the more baths & showers a person takes the more hair & skin they lose.
    • SKIN LOSS, seems to come with being so dry.
      1. Each shower I take causes me to lose at least 1 teaspoon of skin, that’s what remains in the drain grate.
      2. My face, hands, legs, and arms are peeling visibly daily.
        • I’ve never had dandruff, I do all the time now.
  9. Eye balls feel super dry, like they are unlubricated,
    • In 2013 the optical doctors informed me that my eyes were dry, but
      1. normal eye solution is useless at helping my eyes SALINE SOLUTION is the only thing that works without building up useless crud.
    • Presently I’m using a tablespoon of saline on my eyes daily.
  10. Body weight increases while, food calories are less than healthy.
    • In fact I’ve charted my calories since 2013 and the numbers show
      1. I’m doing great eating 1600 on average each day per month for 4 months, but
      2. I’ve been as low as 1200 per month on average for four months more than once.
  11.  LUNGS-
    • Start burning in the 2nd year,
    • by the 4th year the lower lungs are a lot heavier and burn a lot, and breathing diminishes more,
    • in the 6th year the middle of the lungs feel a block, and
    • after that the upper lungs gain heaviness and in the 7th year they start burning,
    • by the 8th year the upper lungs progressively get more burning periods and more of the throat hurts too, also breathing is A LOT WORSE.
  12. Thirst dramatically increases in the 6th year and the thirst continues to increase so that about a gallon is drank each day, but the water adds to the body weight without draining away properly.
    • Severe thirst so that the mouth needs liquid every 10 to 15 minutes has happened at about the 7 to 8 year period, at least for Rhapsodie. Things may have varied with people with different size lungs.
      • The thirst gets so great that the mouth and throat dries out and hurts without a drink every 10 to 15 minutes.
  13. And there have been & are odd swellings and itchings for the last 5 years progressively getting worse with time.  One example is shared with the next picture at my eye.  There have been
    • odd throat swellings,
    • odd groin swellings,
    • an odd behind the ear lump,
    • under arm swellings and itching’s, and
    • odd right hand swellings that I do not associate with other injuries.
  14. HAIR LOSS, I have my own hair and I do not dye or perm my hair, I don’t use chemical treatments nor do I eat bad foods, but
    1. I’m losing about 4 times the amount of hair I ever used to.
      1. 8 years ago my comb collected less hair per month than it now collects daily.
      2. My hair has always collected in the drain, but now I can fill a collection screen cup with each of my shampooing rinses.
  15. There are also sleep situations that are not normal. Around the 5th year and continuing to the present my sleep has been odd.
    • Super tiredness that increased so that 10 to 14 hours a day were normal sleep happened this last year for months.
      1. One day I slept straight through except one bathroom break for 24 hours.

  16. On top of all of that ANY TIME if I take A COMBINATION OF ACETAMINOPHEN’S & IBUPROFEN they cause 1 to 3 hours of vibrating abnormal shakiness. And that has happened for over 5 months, but IT’S GOING AWAY NOW.

There are some similar male and female symptoms but the timelines and the depth of problems vary to a great degree.  The following post is organized to discuss what males in my life are suffering, because my sneezes carried to them.

Do you love your animals?

Do you love your animals? Some of us love them and make them as sick as we are! Sneezing on them and making them as horrid as we are? Okay, maybe like the males are? Whoops disease symptoms for males and females are different, An Arrow-b here’s one link to find out the details I’ve lived with. Animals can get this from humans also. My cat Mystin has displayed some of the human male symptoms.

But he’s a cat and the vets DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING. He tested positive for parasites, but with Whoops disease symptoms the ANIMALS need a yearly shot of 10 times the amount HUMANS get different treatment options! AND a clear sign for animals is the single long cut on the front canines, that begins AFTER SNEEZES, THE TEETH which WILL HEAL FINE if the long cuts are cleaned 3 to 6 times before they start healing, with the pet toothpaste & infant brush, AND allowed to fully heal with no touching, if the skin is broken by finger nail or toothbrush after they start healing, then the poor animal has a yucky canine. If the tooth is not brushed the teeth can starve the critter or they can heal with yuck in them.

THE SNEEZES which can KILL when the animal has them repetitiously and cannot sleep, THE SYMPTOMS LIVE A TIMELINE OF EVENTS OVER YEARS OF TIME. But there is also the food. Being unable to eat and the sneezes are death dealing.  The itchy problems are more advanced with the animals because the critters like cats and dogs with fur covered skin have hair that means only claws dig through to itch their skin.  Thus the scabs from the itching grow with the itchiness, and I hope my animal gets correct treatment before a painfully raw scratch causes and infection that leads to death through an attack or an blood disease.

THE HUMAN SYMPTOMS ARE THE ANIMALS SYMPTOMS, but the animals can die from poor teeth possibly and from lack of sleep with sneezing.  And there are side effects that alter the body compositionally and because of multiple thoughts on this disease I now am assuming that this is a technologically advancing disease.

RECEIVING

I’M SO SORRY, tonight I relized the reason of sharing by others with this site, so please, please, please forgive me for allowing a darkened picture and black letters to remove your pleasure from reading posts,  while the little history is visible on most laptop screens but definitely not with phones or 7 inch book size devices. After my fiddlenfarden computers are repaired,  I’ll try to remember to fix the views on this sight.

So why is this article entitled RECEIVING, it’s because RECEIVING is a large reason why giving is so good.  It’s often difficult to understand others care and help to us because we are not looking through their eyes, or with their machines. We may have received great advice, but we may have not seen the value in hearing it, I didn’t multiple times.  Please forgive me, for now I see some, but it’s hoped I’ll work to see and hear more also.

But maybe my actions in giving will be better for you than others giving was to me.  In fact some often feel they haven’t been given enough, but maybe they have received greatly.

Narrowing down the reasons for feeling like you’ve not received when you have, comes down to who you are and how you see.  Is it because what you’ve received isn’t necessarily physical or considered valuable to you when it was received or maybe it’s because what’s good isn’t truly perceived. or maybe it’s because what you received wasn’t really good.  That’s horrible, if it’s true. But SOMETIMES good isn’t easy to know, but maybe the feeling is our own fault also.

Sometimes memomry is a factor, at other times value is a factor, and there may even be other factors that you can share.

MEMORY

How often have your family forgiven you for a mistake or damage you’ve caused to them or their stuff? How many times were you given a suggestion that in life was so beneficial for you to have, like “I always count money back to people in reverse, smallest amount first.” (A great person, trying to give to Rhapsodie.)

HELPFUL WORDS ARE GREAT

Why was this so good for Rhapsodie or any cashier?  Because with a very busy day, lots of people,  and lots of money being cared for, counting back to a customer shares respect for them and your work, on top of giving you more ability to handle cash responsibly. A person with a $123.43 bill who hands a cashier $150.00 should receive $26.57 in change. If, you count money, while talking the altered amounts, back in reverse, smallest amount first, a person handling money is more likely to be accurate and will be caring for their customers. Please remember, for any cashier, counting the coins back is can be good. Especially with small kids or individuals that don’t know our U.S. money, but remember others can appreciate that also.  But PLEASE try to care for your customers time, so that when you’re so busy the customers that could be angry with every second they wait are reassured they won’t wait worthlessly.

So how does Rhapsodie’s customer get their $26.57 back.  Her other conversation with them pauses for a bit, as she works returning change and she says, as suggested to her, and using our example from above, based on what the facts are, [A person with a $123.43 bill who hands a cashier $150.00 should receive $26.57 in change.]:

-RHAPSODIE’S 1ST, LESS PREFERRED, OPTION- “Your change is $26.57, out of $150.00″. Then with handing the customer all of the change, of two pennies & one nickle (or 7 pennies) and two quarters (or 5 dimes) saying the partial exchange total ”  57  “, followed by handing them the $1.00 bill, and adding ”   one 57  “, (this is implying dollars and cents, but American cashiers normally don’t say that because cash is in hand, like with this example detailing with a count back  ‘one dollar 57 cents’ in the midst of a count back is normally silly, but some people do because of their jobs or reasons) then adding a $5.00 bill saying, ”  six 57 is your change…” continuing to interchange with customer as is good.

Or for more detailing there’s

-RHAPSODIE’S 2ND, BUT MORE PREFERRED OPTION- “Your total was $123.43 out of $150.00,” and with HANDING THE CUSTOMER their change, here were doing a complete change count back, but you could just give them alll the coins and add that to the amounts, but here with two pennies, state “one twenty three 45″ and adding one nickle (or 5 more pennies) and adding aloud, ”   50  “, and then with the final small change addition of  two quarters (or 5 dimes if the quarters balance is too thin), “one twenty four.” OR if you want, with the quarters, (and I’m sure you’re smart enough to run up the totals with dimes OR a quarter, 2 dimes, and a nickle, but here quarters (a reminder because of blabbling, one twenty three 50, plus adding to their hand one quarter with the said number, ”  75   ” and then another quarter and the words ” one twenty four  ” we reach our bill change in the count back.

AND just like we did before with a difference in words we continue by handing our person the $1.00 bill, and adding ”   124   ” in words, then adding the $5.00 and saying, ”    one thirty    ” and finally with the last addition of a $20.00 bill in this illustration, completing this exchange with ” one hundred fifty is your changed total,……” OR “one hundred fifty completes your change …,” OR with “your one hundred and fifty dollar count,…..” completes your counting work, and now you can continue working with whatever is being said also.

This may seem unnecessary to you presently as it did for Rhapsodie for a very long time,  but eventually after many problems and with lots of stupidity she wishes she had taken and used this advice a lot earlier in her career as a cashier at Walmart as well as taking the advice to “slow down” and “relax.” She’s clumsy and silly, so there was more than one time, when gathering change for her hands she pulled out the wrong type of money. But the lazy work hurt her as well as others, like her business and her family.  And if she had just taken the words given to her earlier, she could have kept and received much more of value, SO MANY MORE WOULD HAVE BENEFITTED.

and THAT WAS JUST ONE SITUATION

Thinking you’ve not received when you have, comes down to thinking outside yourself repeatedly.  Are your feelings a result of a lack of of others care for you or because of your silliness in life. THE FEELINGS,  CAN COME BECAUSE YOU FORGET WHO YOU GAVE TO, AND WHEN THEY WORK TO HELP YOU RECEIVE YOU DON’T know that it’s for your own good.  This happened with Rhapsodie and Mr. Howie Mandel, Mr. OBAMA,  Ms. Shelley, and Mr. Will Shortz to list just a few that worked to give that Rhapsodie didn’t remember.

Her insult to these people was partially because of A BAD name memory, Rhapsodie’s so bad that, a great long time friend of hers, Michelle received a blank stare as Rhapsodie tried to remember her name after 4 or 6 years of being very close to each other and connected by many experiences and relationships. BUT memory isn’t the only reason people feel that they haven’t received anything.

Other reasons are associated with your perceptions about value.  Who knew that Mr. Lucas would be famous in 1960? Who was aware that publicized computer’s like Apple would effect the whole world? Who knew that a national system of healthcare would exist in the United States? Well maybe some had hopes or fears about these things, maybe some have reasons for their thinking, I know I do, but history will tell the tale I can’t.

I know that value is based on reason and emotion. Reason based on how a person thinks and emotion based on what is being felt. And emotion fluctuates just as much as reason does.
