Me & my speech.

Covid-19 Symptoms

There are multiple versions of Covid 19 information; the most recent information finding, I've done, is that it’s based from bats, not a creation by people. Because of many Histoplasmosis symptoms AND my family being Covid-19 confirmed I need Histoplasmosis testing & treatment. Plans were to add updated information here and further below with PDFs, BUT WordPress.com will not accept my PDFs from my tablet, the only internet device for my uses. It's almost impossible to find text modification options without paying to have a site at WordPress.com.

* Sorry can't share updated spreadsheet info...BUT at the bottom of this information there are 2 older downloads which I think are an Excel chart copy of the information on this post & I think a copy of the research & links which are downloadable for anyone with the correct interpretation programs.

For years now I've mistakenly stated 1977 events of Histoplasmosis were in Detroit when actually that was in Indianapolis. Where the 1977-1978 event similarly reflects our present society believing Covid-19 is the problem isn't testing for what really may be the fault. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Histoplasmosis

There are common findings and sufferings with Covid 19 that at least coincide with a form of Histoplasmosis AND there are treatments for Histoplasmosis that are proven. The only issue is that Covid-19 is supposed to be passed by breathing, Histoplasmosis can be gotten by breathing in the bat guano spores OR even eating them. Corresponding with Covid are 100% of the Histoplasmosis symptoms, these Covid-19 symptoms are:
  • Diarrhea,
  • Jaw issues, (can cause loss of taste & smell, and is common with Covid-19)
    • What, though, about people who lose their sense of smell suddenly as an adult? In these cases, the cause can be related to:

More is detailed in Idea One below, but there are other ideas also that could work in conjunction with normal care, so far research about histoplasmosis has resulted in 100% connection to Covid-19, except for the spread supposedly by airborne methods, which aren’t the same as with bat remains in most cases.

Covid symptoms list

Comparing the histoplasmosis list with the Covid-19 list is a useful thing because of findings that show similarities as well as corresponding effects with the diseases. The value of this information is that the histoplasmosis treatment is known and has been proven effective for years. BUT also the ideas with the Covid-19 treatments could impact and effect future histoplasmosis treatments if they are the same diseases.

Histoplasmosis Symptoms seem EXACTLY the Same as Covid-19

Histoplasmosis is a disease caused by the fungus Histoplasma capsulatum.[2] Symptoms of this infection vary greatly, but the disease affects primarily the lungs.[3] Occasionally, other organs are affected; called disseminated histoplasmosis, it can be fatal if left untreated. Histoplasmosis is common among AIDS patients because of their suppressed immunity.[4] In immunocompetent individuals, past infection results in partial protection against ill effects if reinfected. Below these are charted to compare the ones of Covid-19, plus details are added below with more links to other information, details, and references.

Three different symptoms of Histoplasmosis also cause taste & smell losses, these symptoms were found…In 1978-1979 during a large urban outbreak in which 100,000 people were exposed to the [histoplasmosis] fungus in Indianapolis,[5] victims had these symptoms, please note that details with more info containing links about this info is below the chart images, which aren't removable from these pages. There are 2 sets of download links prepared in both the older & newer Excel if you want to get the charted info in a more readable form, shared at the bottom of this page after all the info.

PERICARDITIS, pain around the heart, NOT heart attack, a symptom suffered with Covid-19

Mayo-Clinic Pericarditis

Pericarditis is swelling and irritation of the thin, saclike tissue surrounding your heart (pericardium). Pericarditis often causes sharp chest pain and sometimes other symptoms. The chest pain occurs when the irritated layers of the pericardium rub against each other. Pericarditis is usually mild and goes away without treatment. Treatment for more-severe cases MAY include medications AND, rarely, …

Chest pain is the most common symptom of pericarditis. It usually feels sharp or stabbing. However, some people have dull, achy or pressure-like chest pain.
•	The pain usually occurs behind the breastbone or in the left side of your chest.
•	It may spread to your left shoulder and neck.
•	It often gets worse when you cough, lie down or take a deep breath.
•	Sitting up and leaning forward makes you feel better.
Other signs and symptoms of pericarditis may include:
•	Abdominal or leg swelling
•	Cough
•	Fatigue or general feeling of weakness or being sick
•	Low-grade fever
•	Pounding or racing heartbeat (heart palpitations)
•	Shortness of breath when lying down

Wikipedia- Pericarditis

Pericarditis is inflammation of the pericardium (the fibrous sac surrounding the heart).[8] Symptoms typically include sudden onset of sharp chest pain, which may also be felt in the shoulders, neck, or back.[1] The pain is typically less severe when sitting up and more severe when lying down or breathing deeply.[1] Other symptoms of pericarditis can include fever, weakness, palpitations, and shortness of breath.[1] The onset of symptoms can occasionally be gradual rather than sudden.[8]

The cause of pericarditis often remains unknown but is believed to be most often due to a viral infection.[4][8] …Diagnosis is based on the presence of chest pain, a pericardial rub, specific electrocardiogram (ECG) changes, and fluid around the heart.[6] A heart attack may produce similar symptoms to pericarditis.[1] …

PAROTITIS– fever, chills, dehydration, fast heartbeat, swelling of the gland in the neck, salivary shifts, headache, AND sore jaw

Symptoms of Parotitis

When your parotid glands are swollen and inflamed, a variety of symptoms can occur, and they can vary in intensity with each person. There are some patients who do not even realize they have parotitis, while others have severe pain and swelling.
Neck and throat symptoms:
•	Bad taste in the mouth
•	Difficulty opening the mouth [Covid-19]
•	Dry mouth
•	Fever [Covid-19]
•	Facial or mouth pain, especially while eating [Covid-19]
•	Redness over the upper neck or the side of the face
•	Sore throat [Covid-19]
•	Swelling in the jaw region, particularly in front of the ears or on the floor of the mouth
•	Headache [Covid-19]
Symptoms that may indicate a condition that is serious:
•	Difficulty breathing [Covid-19]
•	Difficulty swallowing
•	High fever (over 101 degrees Fahrenheit)
Doctor & Medical Treatments
•	Antibiotics
•	Surgery

At Home Actions to Help
At home you need to concentrate on reducing the tenderness and swelling along with managing the symptoms of pain, if you have any. Here are some more treatments you can do at home:
•	Drink plenty of water, and stay well hydrated.
•	Apply warm compresses to the swollen areas.
•	You can gargle with warm salt water four times daily.
•	If you have a blocked parotid gland you can gently massage the gland(s) that are affected to help return the normal flow of saliva to your mouth.
•	If the cause is a mucus plug, you can make more saliva by drinking plenty of water along with sucking on sugar-free, sour hard candies.
•	For pain you can take over-the-counter "nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications," such as ibuprofen, naproxen, Advil, etc. If the pain is severe, your physician may prescribe a narcotic pain reliever for short-term use.
•	You should also practice good oral hygiene by brushing and flossing at least two times a day to help with the healing, and to help prevent the infection from spreading.

ADRENAL INSUFFICIENCY, A definite Covid-19 issues AS WELL AS histoplasmosis, like skin sensitivity like easy bruising, nerve issues, mood issues, & more

Adrenal insufficiency

“Adrenal insufficiency is a condition in which the adrenal glands DO NOT PRODUCE adequate amounts of steroid hormones, PRIMARILY CORTISOL; but may also include impaired production of aldosterone (a mineralocorticoid), which regulates sodium conservation, potassium secretion, and water retention.[1][2] Craving for salt or salty foods due to the urinary losses of sodium is common.[3] …”

Low Cortisol Symptoms

When the adrenal glands become inactive or fail to produce sufficient amounts of cortisol, the condition is called primary hypoadrenalism. Another name for this condition is Addison’s disease... Because it is a chronic disorder, these hostile antibodies are detectable in the blood long before they begin to do significant, notable damage to the person’s adrenal cortex. [BUT these are also issues that come with histoplasmosis AND Covid-19 which aren’t chronic disorders, so the effects may not be as predictable.]

The symptoms of low cortisol, or hypoadrenalism, include:
•	Mental and psychological ailments such as depression
•	Faintness and dizziness
•	Weakness and fatigue
•	Heart palpitations
•	Emotional hypersensitivity
•	Inability to cope with stress
•	Social anxiety
•	Muscle weakness
•	Headache, scalp ache, or general body ache
•	Severe or dull lower back pain
•	Extremely sensitive skin
•	Nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting
•	Abdominal pain and hunger pain despite an empty stomach
•	Extreme craving for salty foods
•	Anxiety and jitters
•	Clumsiness and confusion
•	Motion sickness
•	Insomnia and dark circles under the eyes
•	Low bladder capacity and symptoms of IBS
•	Irregular or non-existent menstrual period

Of course, these symptoms won’t all occur simultaneously, or immediately. Some people suffering from low cortisol will experience a couple of these symptoms, perhaps one after another. If you experience any one of these, or a combination of them, severely enough that it is affecting your day to day quality of life, you should consult a doctor or health expert right away.

Due to cortisol’s marked circadian rhythm, multi-dosing is required. Therefore, cortisol is the only hormone that is a real nuisance to replace.

I take 1 tablet of cortisone acetate (25mg CA = 20mg hydrocortisone-equivalent) per day. I split my dose into 5 daily doses (1/4, 1/4, 1/6, 1/6, 1/6), spaced out at strategic intervals. In my opinion, 5x daily dosing strikes a good tradeoff between physiological and inconvenient. However, I look forward to the day when sustained-release products get cheaper (right now they are incredibly expensive because they are still patented).

For more details on why I chose cortisone acetate instead of hydrocortisone. I also take 0.05mg fludrocortisone in the morning. Fludrocortisone is a synthetic analog of aldosterone. For why I do both of these things, read the respective entries in Section V.

Rhapsodie’s HOME TREATMENT ASSISTANCE
- So far I've gotten no doctor's help for my issues BUT the use of Spirulina & Passion Flower have reduced my gasiness plus assist in reducing stress anxiety. Electrolytes with sodium, manganese, magnesium, & Potassium have kept blood pressure levels from rising while also helping to keep salt cravings smaller. Diarrhea is still an issue which rises with many natural painkillers like Tumeric Curcumin, Kava-Kava root, Wild Lettuce, and others which I use.

Ginger is a great anti-inflammatory & helps fight motion sickness, take what you need on a daily basis. Plus there are more consumption action options in the later sections because tinsy wins amounts like gingeral has is waaaay too little for me, you’ll likely need a supply also.

Another stress reducing action is getting out in the sun, plus Dandelions & Goldenrod are high in vitamin D. Best to use scissors, get part of plants, and taste test they shift flavor with the season, Goldenrod in yellow flower also is good at fightinghay fever, but young OR browned flowering are bitter. For any plant, like the Dandelion overeating can mean less growth throughout a season...and that's an issue if it's for healthcare.

UVEITIS, reddened, itchy, burning eyes also with Covid suffering

2 OF MY NEIGHBORS suffered Covid, during a talk near the mailboxes I was told of the issues with the eyes during the suffering. Articles mention conjunctivitis & uveitis with Covid-19, even mild OR unknown ‘disease suffering’. Uveitis is also a Histoplasmosis symptom.

Uveitis - Symptoms and causes - Mayo Clinic

Uveitis is a form of eye inflammation [and a symptom of histoplasmosis as well as Covid-19]. It affects the middle layer of tissue in the eye wall (uvea).Uveitis (u-vee-I-tis) warning signs often come on suddenly and get worse quickly. They include eye redness, pain and blurred vision. The condition can affect one or both eyes. [Issues may be caused with Covid-19/ Histoplasmosis if correct care for the eyes isn't kept.]

BING Uveitis- also known as: chorioretinitis

Symptoms
Symptoms of uveitis differ depending on the type. Common symptoms include:
•	Swelling the middle layer (uvea)
•	Redness in eye
•	Eye pain
•	Sensitivity to light
•	Floaters in the field of your vision
•	Decrease in the vision
•	Blurred vision
•	Alteration in the color of iris
•	A small pupil
Causes
•	An eye injury
•	Trauma or eye surgery
•	Autoimmune disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis
•	Inflammatory disorders like Kawasaki disease, Crohn's disease
•	An eye infection
•	Some cancers that can affect the eye like leukemia, lymphoma, melanoma (all rare)
Complications
If uveitis is not treated at the earlier stage or is left untreated, the following complications may occur:
•	Glaucoma
•	Cataracts
•	Optic nerve damage
•	Retinal detachment
•	Permanent loss of the eye vision

Treatment procedures vary greatly from case to case depending on the underlying cause and specific symptoms. For example, dark glasses are recommended for photophobia.
Medication
Corticosteroids: Anti inflammatory drugs such as corticosteroids are given in the form of eye drops to reduce the inflammation.
•	Prednisone
•	Antibiotics: Antibiotics are prescribed if it has occurred due to infection.
•	Besifloxacin . Gatifloxacin
•	Immunosuppressants: Immunosuppressive drugs such as chlorambucil, azathioprine are prescribed in case of autoimmune disorders.
•	Chlorambucil . Azathioprine
Procedures
•	Vitrectomy: In case of persistent floaters.
Nutrition
•	Foods to eat:
o	Include such foods in your diet that are rich in omega 3 fatty acids
o	Increase the intake of antioxidants to relieve the inflammation
o	Add foods that are rich in vitamin A, C and E such as carrots, green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, broccoli, whole grains and oils
o	Include spices like curcumin, pepper, rosemary, garlic and oregano in your food
•	Foods to avoid:
o	Avoid high fat foods and fast foods
o	Lower the intake of sugar
o	Reduce the intake of dairy products

FIBROSING MEDIASTINITIS, inflammation of the tissues in the mid-chest, or mediastinum.

We’ve all heard about the lung issues with Covid-19, it’s amazing that this is another symptom of histoplasmosis, so far in all we’ve reviewed there is 100% likelihood that Covid-19 is actually Histoplasmosis.

Wikipedia Mediastinitis
Mediastinitis is inflammation of the tissues in the mid-chest, or mediastinum. It can be either acute or chronic. It is thought to be due to four different etiologies:[1]
•	direct contamination
•	hematogenous or lymphatic spread
•	extension of infection from the neck or retroperitoneum
•	extension from the lung or pleura

Acute mediastinitis is usually caused by bacteria and is most often due to perforation of the esophagus. As the infection can progress rapidly, this is considered a serious condition.

Chronic sclerosing (or fibrosing) mediastinitis, while potentially serious, is caused by a long-standing inflammation of the mediastinum, leading to growth of acellular collagen and fibrous tissue within the chest and around the central vessels and airways. It has a different cause, treatment, and prognosis than acute infectious mediastinitis.

[Like many of the other Histoplasmosis treatments, reduction of inflammation is a key treatment option, in addition avoiding inserting anything into the lungs that can damage and cause further injury is a necessity.]

Plus a product like Natto-Sera can be of use because the silkworm & fermented soybean product helps reduce fibrin in blood & helps cleanse the blood of harmful buildup which can cause bad bloodclots. For me this has reduced blood pressure levels, BUT it takes use time to get the most effect.

INTERSTITIAL NEPHRITIS, fever, swelling, rashes

I’m not sure what specific swelling & rashes with Covid are common, some are already discussed above, but more are symptoms of Interstitial Nephritis which is another Histoplasmosis symptom.

Kidneyfund- Interstitial nephritis
Interstitial nephritis happens when a part of your kidneys’ filters called the tubules become swollen. It can be acute, and only happen for a short time, or chronic, and last for several weeks or months. Acute interstitial nephritis is usually caused by an allergic reaction to certain medicines[, BUT with Histoplasmosis & Covid-19 can happen in a short period of time and probably not cause issues with the kidneys permanently]. Chronic interstitial nephritis is much less common, and is usually caused by another chronic disease. The swelling that happens during the condition can lead to kidney disease and kidney failure…

Interstitial nephritis
Interstitial nephritis, also known as tubulointerstitial nephritis, is inflammation of the area of the kidney known as the renal interstitium, which consists of a collection of cells, extracellular matrix, and fluid surrounding the renal tubules.[1] In addition to providing a scaffolding support for the tubular architecture, the interstitium has been shown to participate in the fluid and electrolyte exchange as well as endocrine functions of the kidney.[1]

There are a variety of known factors that can provoke the inflammatory process within the renal interstitium, including pharmacologic, environmental, infectious and systemic disease contributors. The spectrum of disease presentation can range from an acute process to a chronic condition with progressive tubular cell damage and renal dysfunction. [Like diarrhea with Covid-19, and loss of taste. “Both chronic renal failure and end-stage liver disease can alter taste function, Parageusia.”]

…Other symptoms of interstitial nephritis include:

•	a fever
•	blood in the urine
•	exhaustion
•	confusion
•	fatigue
•	nausea
•	vomiting
•	a rash
•	water retention
•	swelling
•	weight gain from water retention
•	feeling bloated
•	elevated blood pressure

Acute interstitial nephritis (AIN) is frequently the result of an allergic reaction. Most cases of AIN are from bad reactions to drugs. More than 100 different medications may trigger AIN. Many of these medications fall into the following categories:
•	antibiotics
•	nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which are often used as pain relievers
•	proton pump inhibitors, which are medications used to treat excess stomach acid

- Again this is assisted with anti-inflammatory like ginger, plus use of a rub on like the Arnica Montana gels can really assist in reducing pain & inflammation. More fluid can really help also...the less swelling the body suffers with Histoplasmosis the less problems most symptoms cause.

Stomach acid levels can also be reduced with higher alkaline & lower acidic diets, the PRAL diet is an example of that. The online info is everywhere. But for me use of my 1 mug of chamomile tea with ginger paste, unpasteurized cider vinegar, and local honey reduce acid reflux AND just an additional mug in the morning has kept my gut & urinary tract symptoms normal through this disease suffering.

Extra ginger has really helped as has the rub on stuff anywhere I feel abnormally swollen outside my insides. Because of the acid in the drink more honey, 2.5tbsp., and 2tbsp unpasteurized vinegar, & 1 cup OR more of hot water & ginger paste is used. Followed by teeth cleaning and flossing.

Intestinal Lymphangiectasia - Gastrointestinal Disorders ...

Early manifestations of intestinal lymphangiectasia include massive and often asymmetric peripheral edema [(accumulation of fluid causing swelling) in tissues perfused by the peripheral vascular system, usually in the lower limbs. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peripheral_edema )], intermittent diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Some patients have mild to moderate steatorrhea (foul-smelling, pale, bulky, and greasy stools). Chylous pleural effusions (chylothorax) and chylous ascites may be present.

Rhapsodie’s HOME TREATMENT ASSISTANCE
- Higher healthy fluid amounts like nutritional supplements & vegetables with juices can help reduce nutrients depreciation from body issues like diarrhea.
Plus all this is assisted with anti-inflammatory like ginger, it's amazing how much less diarrhea results with a higher nutritional food value throughout the symptoms, than garbage food like white starches, frying, and sugars.

I've still had fatty stools which float in the toilet at times, electrolytes have reduced these & so have more vegetables, but a trouble is I'm still not consuming enough. For this last week it's been around 1,000 calories OR less each day, and for the last 3 months it's been less than 1,400 calories a day. Originally I thought this was all Whoops Disease, but after getting hit with the ulcers feeling throat 4 days ago, and every single joint aching 5 & 3 days ago I think it may be Histoplasmosis.

Real Histoplasmosis treatment after it's diagnosed is needed.

EPIDIDYMITIS and ORCHITIS Groin Pain

Again an interesting fact that Histoplasmosis has another symptoms that’s found with Covid-19.

Wikipedia “Epididymitis is a medical condition characterized by inflammation of the epididymis, a curved structure at the back of the testicle.[1] Onset of pain is typically over a day or two.[1] The pain may improve with raising the testicle.[1] Other symptoms may include swelling of the testicle, burning with urination, or frequent urination.[1] Inflammation of the testicle is commonly also present.[1] …”

“Lymph nodes, also called lymph glands, in the groin (inguinal or femoral lymph nodes) can swell and cause discomfort for a number of reasons, including injury, infection (lymphadenitis) or, rarely, cancer.” (https://www.healthline.com/health/pain-in-groin-area-female-right-side#other-causes ) Lymph issues are common with Histoplasmosis.

- Higher healthy fluid amounts like nutritional supplements & vegetables with juices can help reduce nutrients depreciation from body issues like diarrhea as well as help have healthier urine. Cranberry is also good, it's commonly used by women with urinary tract infections. Commonly doctors use antibiotics for those, but another assistance is 1tsp. Cream of tartar in 1 cup of water with salt used once an hour for the urinarytract infection until diarrhea starts. This has been effective for centuries. But as this disease also goes at men, the addition of an anti-inflammatory like ginger, plus rubbed on Arnica Montana which is not put in any holes can also help, especially if done repeatedly & thoroughly enough.

My Conclusions are that Covid-19 is Histoplasmosis after suffering it for over 2 years

Previously I concluded that in all the research done Covid-19 is exactly like Histoplasmosis, even with the newly discovered rashes, and other issues found with Covid are symptoms from Histoplasmosis. Treatments for Histoplasmosis exist and have been effectively used for decades. The symptoms can be handled with ginger, chamomile, and later as pain increases with Arnica Montana plus other natural pain killers. BUT types of Histoplasmosis kill, so the lack of accurate Histoplasmosis testing & treatment with real Covid-19 issues means more & more symptoms and issues reoccurring for individuals with Histoplasmosis.
